What I've Built
Built an ELK-based logging framework that centralized all automation team logs. LogIQ extracts from ELK, stores in SQL, and processes ~250M weekly logs — enabling faster queries, simplified analytics, and real-time alerting to developers and business owners on critical errors.
Developed bot integrations with DocuSign (patient document signing), Twilio (SMS messaging), and Azure Blob Storage (file ingestion) — enabling fully automated, real-time patient document workflows across R1RCM's operations.
Introduced RabbitMQ as the queuing backbone for the automation team, replacing ad-hoc mechanisms with a reliable, scalable queue management system for bot transactions. Also built a CI/CD pipeline to automate bot deployments.
Delivered a mission-critical RPA bot within 24 hours on direct request from the CEO, saving a key client relationship. Separately, optimized a high-priority bot from 4 minutes processing time down to 3 seconds.
Led a 3-year automation program that eliminated 175,000+ hours of recurring manual work from healthcare claims processing. Grew from 20K automated hours in 2019 to 55K in 2020 to 175K by end of 2021.
Developed a custom Orchestrator to queue runner bot transactions using pull/push mechanisms — an internal alternative to Automation Anywhere's native work queues, offering greater flexibility and control. Also integrated Skype chatbot triggers with role-based authorization.
Defined the RPA automation strategy for processes involving SOAP/REST web services and web applications at Verizon. Created process diagrams, worked directly with business owners, and implemented end-to-end bot solutions.
Built end-to-end automation solutions for FedEx logistics operations and managed Automation Anywhere server infrastructure. Led the platform upgrade from v10.5 to v11.3.1 including environment migration and policy alignment.
