At R1RCM, I built LogIQ, an ELK-based log intelligence platform processing ~250 million weekly logs, with real-time Power BI dashboards and automated alerting. I also introduced RabbitMQ as the queuing backbone for the RPA team and built integrations with DocuSign, Twilio, and Azure Blob Storage.
